Black and blue is a three column Blogger template based on the K2Modify template. It comes with your standard sidebar widgets but also has the recent posts and recent comments widgets as well.
The top tabs are hard coded into the template so you need to edit the template code to change them. Feel free to change the template any way you like, but please leave the credit links. I hope you like it.

Very nice to see this one. its been used for centuries and is much more beneficial and useful as well.
